While digital downloads cannot be refunded, we are happy to provide a 30 day return policy for physical items that have been shipped to you. Since we do utilize an outside printer for paper goods and wall art materials, please let us know right away if there has been an issue with the graphic print or if something was damaged in shipping. We will always do what we can to work with unique and sensitive situations, but as a general rule please be aware that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. (If something has been damaged in shipping, please take a photo immediately so we can contact the shipping company and help avoid any additional costs.) Thank you!
