Return Policy

If you wish to return an item to us, please follow the steps below:

Packaging Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in their original condition to ensure that you receive credit. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. Required Information Enclose the original receipt (invoice). Please also include your order number, the reason for return, your billing name, and address along with the item(s). Return Postage Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. Please note that if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping Costs The original shipping cost paid by the buyer is non-refundable.
