We guarantee that our items will arrive in the condition described. Due to the unique nature of collectibles, returns are accepted only if the item does not match the listing description. Returns must be shipped in a sturdy box, returns sent in a padded envelope will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued as a store credit or to the original method of payment.
