Have been thinking about how much I like sourdough bread and now have the time to pursue it. Looking for sourdough starter I found many and liked the one from the “Wharf”. The package arrived in about a week without any problems and while I have not reconstituted it yet I cant wait to get started. I chose the rating because I had no problems with the purchase process. I chose the product because I have had sourdough bread from Fishermans Wharf and hope that I can replicate the flavor at home.
