If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will arrange an exchange for a new item at our expense.

Return Procedure:

Pack the item in its original packaging and include all documents and accessories.

Ship the item to the address provided in our instructions. The customer pays for the return shipping costs.
