Due to the fact that Medical ID plates are custom engraved and carry your personal information they cannot be resold. If we made any mistake in engraving compare to text you provided to us, we will exchange product for no extra charge. If you made spelling error in your text and it was engraved with it, we are not responsible for your error. You cannot return this item and will be not refunded for it. We do make all efforts to make good quality products and timely communication to our customers, which reflected in our 100% satisfaction rate. If for any reason you do not like our product and want to return it back, we will retain 65% of the cost, as this is not resalable. Any return will occur only after we will receive the original product back. Before returning you are supposed to communicate to us for the reason of return.
