**Your item cost is refundable for any reason as long as you contact us and initiate the item’s return within 14 days of receipt.

Your shipping cost is not refundable, and you pay return shipping costs. *If free shipping was included, your entire purchase is refundable, but you pay return shipping.

**Prior to submitting a request to return an item “not as described”, verify the literal description and any measurements listed on the item. Keep in mind; gradations of a color are not reasons to claim an item is “not as described” because computer performance and monitors, personal perception and lighting can all play a factor in what a picture portrays versus seeing an item in person. We attempt to describe color within our text description to the best of our ability. If you received an item which was not as described, we pay first class or cheapest way to return, once we receive the item.
