Opened/Used Product
Due to health & hygiene reasons, we will be unable to offer an exchange or refund on ‘change of mind’ to any used/opened (worn/tried) purchases. Though we strive to enhance your shopping experience, we will be unable to offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products due to the limitation of personal preferences.

Faulty/Shipping Damaged Products:
We offer a 30 Days Full Refund or Replacement Warranty. If your product is found to be faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. However, should we be unable to replace your product (i.e. out of stock), we will be more than willing to offer you a refund or another product of the same value as a replacement.

We will reimburse the return postage on any defective or faulty items (i.e. Dead on Arrival) within 30 days of purchase.

Be sure to follow the following tips, before concluding your product is faulty:

Make sure you are using the correct batteries
Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
Try new batteries
Make sure battery connectors are not wet or moist
Make sure you are using an adequate charger
Make sure you read the manual clearly
Hold controls for 3-5 seconds to turn on/reboot
