We guarantee that our items will arrive in the condition described. Due to the unique nature of collectibles, returns are accepted only if the item does not match the listing description. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we strive to provide very accurate detail in all our listings. Once we receive any required documentation/photos and/or return of the item, we will replace the item with the same item. We cannot substitute another item. Returns must be shipped in a sturdy box, returns sent in a padded envelope will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued as a store credit or to the original method of payment. Any special offers or discounts will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
