If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your purchase, we will refund 100% of the original price. All Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds. Returns without a Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

3. Insure your package. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a signature for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
