For Items Sent by Mistake, please send your item in its original packaging. Sealed packages that have been opened and items that show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund. Upon receipt of you return, we can dispatch the correct item or provide a full refund upon request. All other return or refund requests must be made within 14 days of item delivery.
