Sharp UX-300 and UX-460 Compatible Fax Ribbon and similar items

Exchange requests are only accepted in the following cases:
1. The product you received was damaged in transit.
2. We shipped out the wrong merchandise or product.
If you need to return your item, please e-mail or contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt of your item for a return authorization number to return it. This number must be on the outside of the package. The item should be received by us within two weeks from the date you received the item.
Any items refused by the purchaser at the time of delivery, or you no longer want the item, or you purchased the item in error, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and delivery charges.
Refunds will be issued as: we will replaced your item with the same. If we do not have another of the same product in stock, you will be issued a Store Credit. Items must be returned within 2 weeks.
Purchaser is responsible for the delivery cost of all returned merchandise.
