I have a small number of these gorgeous Christmas Ornaments from my store inventory that I am only offering . When these ornaments are sold, there will be no more since the manufacturer has retired these beautiful ponies. This pony comes in a Red Box, but has the Fire Helmet Straps that were removed from later editions. The boxes are unopened, and the photo is a Westland stock photo that doesn't show the helmet straps. Horses were an important part of the early Fire Services, hauling water wagons to the scene of burning buildings and houses. Cleverly, and with humor and affection, Dwayne and Ginger Ulibarri have captured that sense of the horse as a fireman's best friend. As well as being artists in their own right, the Ulibarris operate the Albuquerque foundry where the Painted Pony forms are cast.
