I am not responsible for manufacturer defects! If there is a scratch in the paint or if the windshield is missing on a car, as long as it is still sealed in the package, that is how the manufacturer made it. I may offer to exchange it for a different one if I have another one available. In this instance the buyer pays the return postage and I will pay to ship the replacement.
