This is a used Original BMW part. It came from a running and driving 1997 540i with 167,750 miles. It fits E38 740iL/740i, E39 540i and E31 840Ci, all with M62 V8 generally built before 1/97 with the 5hp-30 using software code PK. BMW also calls this transmission the A5S-560z. Includes the torque converter. Please note that the cooler line fastener stud is broken and will need to be replaced on installation. Details can be viewed in the photos.
