Refunds will be processed after buyer contacts us to advise nature of the return request. For damaged items we request photos providing evidence of the damage before processing a return or refund. Where possible we will replace a damaged item or process an exchange of equivalent value. Returns in original condition and packaging are to be returned at buyer’s expense using a level of shipping using tracking & insurance. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee at seller’s discretion. Damaged returns are subject to a greater percentage reduction in refund payment.
