We wrap every package carefully before shipping. If an item arrives damaged due to shipment please take pictures of the outside of the parcel and the item(s) inside. Send pictures to phillips1artsandcollectables.com with a return email and the company will review and reach out to you within 24 hours. Item refunds less postage will be issued within two days after receiving the item in the same condition as sold. Return postage may apply.
