I have a 1983 picture by David Allgood that I believe is called “Willows”. I have found a lot of his work, but cannot find anything concerning this picture. Does anyone know anything about the value and any other information?

Does this price include his signiture? I had forgot to put that in. It looks to be penciled in and Willows is also penciled in. Thank you for any help.
