Certain things you could try, you cant talk about it here.
Bonz is a family sort of place. Some might be illegal in your state
or it might offend a certain group of people (lately).
Idle Hands are the Devils Workshop but you cant talk about Religion either.

Personally, I always smoke some weed when I have had a really stressful day or when I`m feeling a little angry. I grow my own cannabis (1 plant) which supplies me for the entire year. The reason I grow my own is that cannabis nowadays has a lot of extra added substances and contain almost no CBD. Well, the result will not get you as high as a weed from a dispensary/coffeeshop but I feel better, and not as intoxicated. I don’t promote cannabis use, but if you do, you’re better of growing your own. If you are interested you should take a look at Zamnesia for all your supplies and information.

Watch a funny, (popular w/good reviews) movie comedy.
Bake something for someone else… thinking of them all the while.
Sit outside and watch the birds and squirrels.
Look at old photographs and remember better times.
If possible, have a nice glass of wine during all the above activities!
