Porcelain figurine marked "l" in script

Can anybody identify the “L” in script on this figurine? I have researched this and can’t come up with a thing. Oh great – I don’t know how to put the picture here so you can see :-(. If somebody can help me do that (I already tried dragging & dropping, I’d love to get this piece finally identified. Thanks so very much!!!

A picture would help, thanks. In the meantime, the script “L” that comes to mind is Lenox.

wow, that is a tough one. is the script “L” under the glaze?
her expression and eyes make me think perhaps (newer 1970’s and forward). I travel to Portugal and see figures similar to this. The backstamps in Portugal are also very different…we don’t see them much here. Best of luck.
