Ebay- integration . is there a sale?
Apparently I have a sale. I have an email that says I have a sale from Bonanza. When I open my desktop, it does not show that I have a sale on the Bonanza platform. 0 sales, it reads. When I open the email, I see it there. 1 sale, 1 item to ship. so what gives? Why do not I see it in my sellers dashboard? I need to refund her, this item sold along time ago in Ebay.. I have the Ebay_ Bonanza integration. How it got over here, I don’t know, It hasn’t even been listed in Ebay anymore, since I sold it 2 years ago! I have been on here numerous times since then, I re-did some listings here a few weeks back and that vase was not listed here. How the heck did it re-list here since then, it wasn’t even in my Ebay store.? the only place it was, is under the Sold setting. I really think after she receives her refund, that I am going to close my store. I don’t understand how something that was sold 2 years ago, and the listing isn’t even on Ebay anymore or was not here the last time I checked my listings, became sold. And it isn’t found in my sales page for me to refund her, only in my email. so confusing on everything. Actually this is the 2nd time something happened to me with a listing here. I have been selling on Ebay, Etsy, Poshmark, FBM, for a good number of years.I thought I would give Bonanza a try, the sales so far have been non-existent. The one sale I finally get, this is what happened. ugh!
