Do i have to always have money in the "shipping account" >

Wondering if I can just pay for shipping when I actually sell an item. Not sure I’d be selling often to justify having $30 in that account.

In order to save the $0.25 fee they add during shipping for each order you would need to have preloaded the $30.00 into your shipping account. You can decide how low you want it to get before refilling but as long as you have enough in the account to cover your shipment cost for that transaction you will not be charged the extra fee. They definitely get you with this one.
