I ordered a necktie last night and was sent an e-mail stating that they made a mistake. I want to order again and do not want to go through this again.

I have always asked seller before I consider buying if the item is available if purchased immediately. Sometimes I get a no and most times I get a yes and that eliminates any delays, refunds or issues. Good luck

Unfortunately this will happen when you unknowingly purchase from a Seller who has listed items on multiple sites. The item will sell on another site, but the Seller has not updated their inventory here.
I do a little research prior to buying from anyone, here is what I do…
- I check their profile to see when they last logged in.
- I check their feedback.
- If their listings are full of reference to another site (as if it is listed there, or was…
- I contact the seller through the item’s contact seller button to see if the item is still available
OR – just make an offer, if the item is not available – the Seller will reject the offer.
Hope this helps!

Kim and Montrose have given excellent suggestions. I understand your frustration. Please don’t allow this experience to affect your opinion about Bonanzle as a whole.
Welcome.

Keep in mind that the seller is one person who made a mistake. Each seller on Bonanzle is a separate individual. Most sellers here are dedicated to great customer service and want to build a sound business and a good reputation, and will knock themselves out for you. I hope you enjoy the rest of your buying experience!
