Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We try our very best to send all orders as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, As you know, we are not able to guarantee the delivery date because there are too many external factors that we cannot control.

Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before 2:00 PM EST are generally shipped the same day (subject to verification).
Orders received after these times or those which require verification will be processed the next business day.
But weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 2:00 PM ET will be processed on the following Monday.

Please allow at least 3-7 business days for USPS First Class Mail-standard shipping(ESTIMATED-Not GUARANTEED), 2-4 business days for USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping-Expedited shipping(ESTIMATED-Not GUARANTEED), 2 business days for UPS 2nd-day shipping(2 business days guaranteed), and 1 business days for UPS Next day shipping(1 business days guaranteed).
In addition, the UPS Next day shipping for 1 business day delivery is only based on the actual shipping period and does NOT include the handling time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ZAZA BRIDAL welcomes international orders.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
ZAZA BRIDAL is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
ZAZA BRIDAL is not responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the shipment.
These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse your package because you don’t wish to pay these fees, you will forfeit your order and will not be refunded.
We have NO control over the taxes and fees imposed by your government.

  • RETURNS

- All Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of arrival.
- All items must be in original condition with the tag, unused, unopened, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair, and in saleable condition with a copy of the original invoice.
- If you already opened or used item(s), the return will be NOT accepted.
- The shipping fee is NOT refundable.
- Buyer pays return shipping
- A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged(Item’s price) on all returns.
- A 30% Restocking Fee will be charged(Item’s price) on returns if it arrive to us more than 45 days after delivery or if the package is damaged.
- A 90% Restocking Fee will be charged(Item’s price) on all damaged items or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer.
- You must contact us before returning the item(s)
- Clearance items(s), Final Sale item(s), returns will be NOT accepted.
- All merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused and shipped back to the customer.
- If you refuse your package because you don’t wish to keep your item(s) you will forfeit your order and will not be refunded.
- Color Aberration exists due to the color effect of different PC monitors and weather conditions. This problem can not be treated as a quality problem under any conditions

  • EXCHANGES
