Booth Details, Discounts, and Policies Return to booth

Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

I specialize in creating tables and other furniture out of 60-100 year old retired grape vines from California’s premiere wine growing region.

Also, we design and create all kinds of fun and wonderful art from recycled and salvaged items. With hundreds of copyrights and patents, our team of talented artists have very active minds that love to come up with innovative and creative designs.

Creating and making all kinds of different and fun products every week keeps our shop interesting and what you see here is not even 1/4 of what we design and build. Most of our work goes to high end wineries, galleries, select stores and catalogs (both print and online). Have a shop and want to carry our products? Send us an email and we will see if there is an opening in your area.

Shipping policy

Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping for Stock items to the contiguous United States. Additional shipping charges are required for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all international destinations. Custom orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. Send us a message with your address for an estimate.
Standard Shipping
Small and Medium size items ship either UPS or USPS. Upgrades and additional insurance are available upon customer request.

Freight Shipping
Large items (I.E. Large lights, furniture) and large orders of multiple items ship freight. Any freight shipment must be signed for upon delivery. The delivery company will call and schedule a delivery time. Upgrades and additional insurance are available upon customer request.

International Shipping
We will happily accommodate our international friends! Please contact us for international shipping rates. The customer is responsible for any additional customs fees charged after the product leaves the USA.

Local Pick up
If you happen to live in or are visiting our area, we encourage you to stop by and pick up your order! Please contact us to schedule your visit.

Local Delivery
We are happy to offer delivery within California. Fees are determined by distance from our area. Please contact us for a delivery quote.

Returns/ Refunds / Exchanges
We take immense pride in every product that we craft. If you are not Fully Satisfied, for Any Reason, Let us know! If you need to reconsider any item, our cancellation and return policies are listed below:

Non-Custom Catalog Item Cancellations
Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel an order of a Non-Custom Catalog Items. Any cancellation made after this time will occur a 15% cancellation fee.

Custom Order Cancellations
Custom and Personalized items include any items with custom/altered sizing, finishes, or other details. Custom order cancellation Must be initiated within 24 hours of purchase will only be refunded 50% of the order total. Any cancellation requests after 24 hours will Not be accepted.

Defective Items:
We will correct any error made by us without expense to you, this includes items that are defective, or arrive broken. We will either replace the item or give a full refund (in some cases, item must be returned first before refund is given). All Claims of error must be made within 30 days of receipt of delivery to the customer, as per the tracking number on your package.

Catalog Items:
Maybe you’ve had a change of heart, or the product simply didn’t fit your space… Not to worry! Catalog items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. (See additional details below) Catalog items include any product sold “as advertised” within our store. Catalog items do not include products that have been customized at the customer’s request.
Refunds:
Any catalog item returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded less the original cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges & Store Credit:
Customers may exchange any catalog item within 30 days of purchase for an item(s) of equal value or store credit . Customers will receive credit for the total purchase price of their order, less original shipping costs and tax. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom and Personalized items include any items with custom sizing, finishes, or other details. Returns and exchanges for custom orders are not able to be accepted.

Need to begin a Return?
It’s Easy!! Complete the form below (Include the order number, items to be returned, and reason for return in the details box) and we will provide you with an RMA number.

NOTE:

Unfortunately, any customized or otherwise altered items are Not Eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or refunds.

Contact us prior to initiating your return so we can provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to display on the outside of the shipping container.

Any returns without an RMA code WILL unfortunately be refused.

Additionally, any edit, alteration, or change made in any way, to any Wine Country Craftsman (WCC) products without the expressed written permission of WCC, voids the warranty, and will not be viable for return, refund, or coverage of liability.
