Shipping policy
I ship the items within two days of payment, barring unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that I am shipping from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I send the items via regular mail which takes 4-6 business days within Canada, according to Canada Post. I usually ship to US by Small Packet, which normally takes 5-8 business days to USA, according to Canada Post.
I can guarantee that your item will be shipped in a timely manner. I have once walked down to post office while in labour to ensure that I would get orders on their way as fast as possible. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee a particular delivery date, as once I mail the order it’s out of my hands. Customs and mail handling policies might also affect delivery time.
Currently, the unknown is the possible COVID-19 delays at customs. So far I had luck with my packages arriving to the US on time, but postal services cannot guarantee anything right now.
Please note that the shipped items do not have tracking. This allows me to keep shipping prices low. Adding tracking to a package traveling from Canada to US means upgrading the type of the mailing, and the cheapest option is around $17+. The cost is even higher when shipping internationally.
Additionally, to receive an item any faster (under 4 business days from Canada to US, for instance) costs around $60+, which is why I do not offer this option.
Also note that the times of delivery are not guaranteed but are estimates by Canada Post. They also might be delayed at customs, depending on the current policies.
Because none of these policies and delivery times are under my control, I normally do not offer expedited or tracked shipping. I also am unable to refund shipping costs should the item not arrive to you on time. If you still would prefer tracked or expedited item, please let me know and I can create a listing with the expedited shipping option you choose.
Please note that buyers from outside Canada are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsI don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time due to the fact that my creations are not high-priced items. With the growing cost of shipping, returning an item and paying customs fees (when required) often ends up costing nearly as much as the item itself.
I cannot guarantee that the item arrives to you on time (see my shipping policy). I do my best to ship things quickly but once they are in the mail, I have no control over their journey.
If there are issues with your item, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right.
