Shipping policy

Most shipping is done through FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. Delivery through FedEx ground is between 1-3 days depending on where the package is going to (East and West Coast between 1-2 days, Midwest between 2-3 days). We ship from 2 locations depending on the customer’s address. Unfortunately, we can only ship to the continental 48 states. Transit days do not include the shipment day (handling time), weekends, or holidays.

Typical handling time is 1 business day. Please note that orders are processed during the work week (Monday-Friday). If ordering Friday, we will do our best to get your order out Friday afternoon (same day) if time permits. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes so physical addresses are required.

On occasion, we will also ship with USPS (first class package or priority mail) if FedEx Shipping is unavailable or if it is beneficial to ship with USPS.

Once your order has been placed and the item has shipped out a tracking number will be sent to you for you to be able to track your order. Sometimes tracking information isn’t available for the first 24-48 hours. If anyone issues arise or you do not have your tracking number feel free to contact us via the Bonanza chat feature or by going to our website (timothystoolbox.com) and filling out the “Contact Us” page or by chatting with us with our chat feature on the website.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. MAKE SURE THAT YOU CONTACT THE STORE PRIOR TO RETURNING ITEM. If you do not contact us and make sure we know your intent of returning a product we will not be able to accept your return and give a refund. We must know prior to shipping so we can expect the package and know whose order is being returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Item is returned damaged and not in the same condition as it arrived.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] so we may determine where to ship the returned item to.

Shipping
To return your product, email us at [email protected] first so we can determine where to ship the returned item to. We carry many manufacturers so the the manufacturer typically determines where the product will be returned to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (unless the item is determined to be damaged) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are very willing to work with you just contact us first before trying to return the product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If returning an item make sure to share the tracking number so we can both know when to expect the returned package.
