There is a 10 days return on any item. If 10 days have gone by after receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t give you a refund

The Whole Closet reserves the right to give a partial refund if the item is not sent back in the condition and with our Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

-Lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable due to Health Safety and Hygiene Reasons.

-We do not accept returns for latex wear, pantyhose, panties, body shapers, stockings, stocking-type bodysuits, and Halloween items

- Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.

Items are inspected once a return is received for the condition and are subject to approval or rejection of your refund.

All garments are subject to inspection, and sometimes a Photograph and a Short description of the problem or defect about the item are asked for.

Shoe returns are subject to all standard returns policies and procedures. We accept shoe returns up to 10 days after delivery of your order

Make Sure Item Is in Its Original packaging and All (If Any) Parts Are There.
Enclose Your Order Information Slip with It.
Buyer Pays Return Shipping (Which is Non-Refundable.)
