Shipping policy
We ship USPS only. The package size and weight will determine the shipping service.
Return policy
None: All purchases finalIf a plant arrives dead or badly damaged buyer must report the problem within 24 hours of delivery with photo validation of the problem. We will replace or refund for plants that are DOA or so badly damaged that the life of the plant is compromised. We ship live plants so please expect some leaf lose and or breakage. Also please expect some minor branch breakage. Any other problems, questions, or concerns please send us a message and we will respond on our office days Monday and Thursday mornings.
