Booth Details, Discounts, and Policies Return to booth

Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

I first started out selling on eBay many years ago. When I became a single mother the earnings from my eBay store really helped make ends meet. I dtill wanted a way to earn more income in order to save; especially save money for my 2 boys’ future college expenses.
My mother and I have been making jewelry together since I was 8. About a year ago we turned that into an online sales business with the opening of an etsy store!
Our last name is Eden, and the garden of Eden really inspires the colorful and whimsical nature of our jewelry line.
Thus, EdenDesign Jewelry came to be our business name.
I also wanted to reach more buyers to sell the products I had to offer on eBay. When I found Bonanza I was so excited and relieved that it downloads my listings from my 2 other stores! Cha Ching!!
We dont make millions, hardly even thousands, but what I do make on etsy and hopefully bonanza goes into a college fund I setup for my 2 boys a couple of years ago.
Good old eBay still helps to make ends meet! Fingers crossed Bonanza and Etsy combined earnings wil stock up in that college trust account, and my boys wont have to worry about graduating with debt already to worry about like I did!
Thanks so much for stopping in our booth, this is really a family effort as my 2 boys help me list things, package items, even make sinple jewelry items sometimes!
A lot of heart, late nights, and endless amounts of hours have been spent opening this booth, our Etsy shop and continuing to run the eBay store…. Not to mention the pride we take in the jewelry we make!

Shipping policy

??I always try to ship my products in a timely manner as I know how annoying it is when you are waiting on a purchase you really need, or it is just taking forever!
?¤Sometimes, not very often/rarely, shipping gets delayed. Things come up : one of my kiddos gets sick, I get sick, a death in the family, whatever may happen and shipping gets delayed. Please be patient with me, I will message you and wont ever leave you hanging. I have a day job as well as my internet stores, and being a single mother definitely keeps me busy in itself!! I take my businesses very seriously. I am very sincere when I communicate with any of my customers. I seriously worry when an order isn’t arriving on time, feel hurt and stressed if a customer is upset with me or a product, and I probably take things to heart a little more than I should. I cannot help it! I truly want you all to love not just like what you purchase from us! I get excited and happy when a customer says how much they love their item, or how pretty their jewelry is! If there is ever a problem please just confront me first, if you are worried about an item and jist wait it out to see what happens, or you think I am not sincere with an appology or message I send. Please just let me know- oftentimes it is just a misunderstanding. With all the schemers, liars, and dishonest sellers/buyers there are on the internet I try to at least make my little corner of this vast space polite, kind, truthful, like family. I may sound like a sap ,but really when you cannot see someone face to face, their facial expressions, gesturing – things can get misunderstood, and nasty real quick. I may seem overly nice, or overly sincere to the point where it doesnt weem genuine, but I promise this is the real me! We may be strangets but there is no reason that we cant be friendly! Help me keep rainbows and butterflies in this little corner of the internet! lol! I promise I will always try to fix wrongs, never do anything negative things intentionally or try to ever rip people off ! No scams, gimmicks, No BS

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

??I will accept returned items up until 30 days after the time you PURCHASE the item. The item must be un-used and in the exact same condition it was when you received it. I will ask you to explain the reason for the return and to take pictures of the item before I accept your return: sorry for being such a stickler, but I have had some bad returned product experiences in the past :(
•Anyways, a few pictures of the item to make sure it is as it should be. After I approve your return you are required to pay for the shipping; unless it is a return due to my error. ie: I send the wrong color, size, item is damaged, etc.Then I pay for the shipping cost.
•So, please make sure before you purchase anything to ask all questions you may have concerning the item you are interested in.
I dont mind detailed, lengthy conversations— it is better than you receiving an item that is the wrong size or you dont like the color.
•When I receive the item I will inspect it for any new damage, wear, tear, etc. If it is all ok then I will send you a message letting you know and refund your $$
•I will pay you a full return in all scenarios: the original price you paid for the item plus the shipping you paid (if any).

For exchanges: buyer will pay for returning item, I will pay for new item shipped to buyer. Again, if the reason for the return is do to an error I made or damaged product, then I will pay for all shipping.
??In some situations we can agree on a partial refund in which you can keep your item rather than having to return it. This is only circumstantial to exchanges or when I am at fault. Each scenario can be different, so the percentage of the refund will depend on the issue at hand and what we both agree is fair.

???If you do any return within 2 days after you receive your item, I will pay for shipping no matter what. So if you get your item and find the color was not what you were imagining it would be: if you request a return right when you get your item I will pay for the shipping.

Miscellaneous details

(**)I can do custom orders for jewelry, find any designer inspired you desire and be your personal shopper for anything you need to purchase!!
I have literally spent 8 years now trolling theough the internet pricing items I am going to sell, searching for their similarities with other products and prices, and buying items we need at the lowest possible price I can find.Online shopping rather going to the actual store to buy things has saved me soooo much money.
You have to think about it: say you go to Old Navy, they have really good deals all the time anyways, but its a pain to look through their clearance and what if they don’t have your size, color, etc. Now go to their online store: you have access to Old Navy stores all over the country plus the Old Navy wharehouse that supplies all those stores…. You can find the best price and everything you want in your product because online allows you to check a lot of different stores all over the country! Also, nowadays most companies will offer free shipping which is a total bonus!
I am an amazon prime member, and member of just about every online store, so I can get free shipping 75% of the time :)
Literally, I will search through eBay, then Walmart, then do a general search, then maybe overstock for an item I cant find anywhere else (they tend to be more expensive)…. I have navigated through the world of online shopping and have become an absolute pro at finding the best deals, lowest prices, and best items! For example:: eBay really is my first go to for buying things, they typically have the best prices (I do check elsewhere to make sure), but eBay usually takes the cake. But if you are looking to buy outdoor solar lighs, then amazon lately has had the best prices! Also, Amazon has better pricing on jewelry gift bags, and general gift bag/box items. eBay has the best prices for furniture indoor and out:: I can find the same 3 set bistro cafe chair and table set for soemtimes 50 or more cheaper than elsewhere. Same item, brand, ecerything…
.— let me find an item you may need! No gimmicks or BS, I am very honest and love to online shop anyways!! I will find your first item for free, then if you like my results I can be your personal online shopper! I just ask for a small fee on a scaled rate:: 5% of item cost (not including shipping, if there even is shipping cost—we prefer free shipping)
so 5% for items under 100$. Items 150-300$ just 4% of item cost . 350-700, 3% of cost. 750 and higher 2% of cost…. anything more than 2000 is only 1%. Please give me the opportunity to save money and I can teach you my tricks as well if you would like!

??Also, If you are looking for a certain designer inspired item just let me know. I can get pretty much anything from jewelry to handbags, clothing and shoes!
By chance I met a wonderful woman in California who sells the best designer inspired items I have ever seen. She even makes purses, clothing, fabric accessories herself! Absolutely amazing! She introduced me to another lady that does wholesale inspired items , and between these 2 women I can get anything and everything there is in the world of designer look alikes!

**Also, if you like a jewelry item we offer and would like matching earrings, a bracelet, ring, etc. just let me know your price range and general idea of what you want (size as well of course) and I can make you matching sets of jewelry easily.
Also, even if it is a jewelry item that you bought somewhere else or you have a dress and need matching earrings for instance: again, let me know price range, size, and general idea — I will make custom orders and I rather enjoy it as well!
I will first send you a few different design ideas and let you know approximately how your item will look; you can suggest changes at this point or just give me the go ahead.
You are not required to pay until item is finished, and you are not obligated to buy the item when it is done. Seriously, no signed contract craziness or pre-pay… I know people change their minds, or in the time it took for me to make your item you may find something else.
I will be able to sell the jewelry item through one of my stores eventually – lol!
