All Food (Grocery Product) Ships from the US. All other items are internationally shipped unless otherwise stated in the product listing
In-House Inventory
Items on hand in our warehouse are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. These orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and major holidays are processed on the next business day.
Factory Direct Shipping
Products that indicate factory direct shipping, will ship directly from the supplier factory either in the US or internationally. Each of our suppliers ship between 1 – 7 business days from receipt of the order.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysWe will accept purchased items that are unopened, unused, unworn and resellable for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Exceptions include opened food items and personal hygiene items that have been personally used and would be considered a health risk to others
