Shipping policy
We ship only to the address provided on your order, a complete & correct shipping address is essential. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
You have the option to upgrade or request a certain shipping method or provider, at an additonal cost. We offer a shipping discount on multiple items, just contact us before paying so we can invoice for the correct shipping charge. Your item will be carefully packed & shipped, usually within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) of receiving payment. We will contact you if it is going to be over this time-frame.Domestic Orders
SS Reality Sales typically ships USPS. We occasionally ship UPS or Fedex, depending on weight and/or delivery address. A signature is required upon delivery of all orders over $200 All sales that are shipped within the state of Minnesota are subject to 6.88% sales tax, unless a resale certificate is emailed to us, the resale certificate is subject to SS’s approval.International Orders
Buyer is presented with shipping options at checkout & is responsible for all custom fees in addition to shipping charges. First-Class International shipping is the cheapest, however, there is no tracking service provided, only a customs number that informs when the item leaves the USA. Also, it may take up to 60 business days, or more, for the item to be delivered. We cannot offer delivery guarantee with First-Class International shipping.Return policy

If you are not happy with your item, please contact us to get a Return Authorization. Purchases need to be returned in original packaging and with all tags attached within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Refund of purchase price, minus shipping charges, will be refunded.
