ABOUT US:
We know you have many shopping choices online, and we want to thank you for your interest in our items!! We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! Positive feedback is very important to us. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via “Ask seller a question”. We will reply to your email within 24 hours.

SHIPPING:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days of payment verification. We only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Your PAYPAL address must match your Shipping address. Combined shipping will be based on the total weight of all items if you are purchasing more than one. A combined invoice will be sent to you after all auctions have ended. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase or end of auction. Please contact us if you need more time paying for your item(s).

TERMS OF SALE:
For clothing purchases, PLEASE ask for all measurements that are important to you before bidding. If measurements are provided in the listing or are given to you in an email, we will NOT refund your purchase if the item does not fit or look right once you get it. All sales are FINAL unless other arrangements are made due to unusual circumstances within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us should there be any major discrepancies with your purchase once it arrives. We will accept returns/exchanges within 10 days on a “per transaction” basis. All returns are at Buyer’s expense. Refunds are given for the BID/SALE PRICE only; shipping charges are NOT refunded. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, and a tracking number provided to Seller. If an exchange is requested, arrangements must be made before returning the item for exchange to ensure that the item is available.
