Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise specified, Seller will accept returns within 14 days of the date of receiving item(s) shipment.
Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Buyer (Customer) pays for the return shipping costs except where the buyer (customer) receives damaged, defective, DOA, wrong item shipment from the Seller/Store. Seller/Store is not responsible for any return shipping costs/other charges.
All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed to the Seller within 48 hours of package delivery. Any reported claims made after this time period is not valid/will not be honored by the Seller/Store.
Please contact Seller/Store for specific details and instructions BEFORE initiating ANY return of your purchase(s).
Obtain RMA# from the Seller/Store BEFORE making any returns.

Out of Policy Returns
Authorized out of policy returns may be subject to a fee of 15% of return value, or $25, whichever is greater.

Unauthorized out of policy returns will be shipped back to the customer collect and result in a $50 charge. Should this shipment be refused by the customer, shipper will accept the product, however no credit shall be issued.

Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded.

Cancel Orders
You may request an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact seller with your Order ID or customer number to request a change to your order.

Damaged Shipments
In cases of external (visible) carton damage, customers should refuse the damaged carton(s) and clearly note the refusal on the carrier delivery receipt. Notify seller within 48 hours of the refusal. Claims for external (visible carton damage) may not be honored when not refused by the customer/end-user at time of receipt. All claims for concealed product damage or shortage must be reported to the seller within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after 48 hours from receipt date (sell date) may NOT be honored. Customer should make the product and packaging available for carrier inspection if requested.

Refused Delivery
A $50 charge per refused shipment will be charged unless the refusal is based on a shipper error or damaged shipment or per seller sale terms and conditions.

Shipping Details
This Seller offers FREE domestic Standard Ground shipping anywhere within mainland USA only. INTERNATIONAL Shipping – Please contact Seller to enquire.
Seller does not ship to P.O. Box, Military, APO, or RR addresses.
Normal order processing time is up to 2 business days (subject to stock on hand).
NO order processing or deliveries on weekends or holidays.
Your shipping information must match your credit card billing information. Seller may cancel any order that does not comply with this notice.
Orders are shipped by UPS/FedEx Standard Ground Shipping unless buyer wishes to opt for Express Delivery. Shipping costs may vary in such cases. Please contact seller before placing your order and seller will get back to you. Seller reserves the right to use any standard shipping service(s) other than the shipping services mentioned above.
Transit time may take between 2-7 business days depending on location and depending on the shipping method selected. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipment is processed and made only after full payment is successfully received subject to availability of stock.
Seller is not responsible for any shipping delays that is out of our control nor can give any delivery guarantee such as specified time or date. All shipping dates are estimated from information provided by the carrier and internal processing time.
Order(s) are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (pre-ship processing time). If there is a significant delay in shipping your order we will contact you.
