Shipping policy
Occassionally, additional shipping charges may apply if the items are heavy, depending on the size and the weight of the item.
If this occurs, a representative will call to discuss the additional shipping charges and other information before the item is shipped out.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsItems must be returned within 7 days, shipping is non-refundable unless item is damaged, then notify us within 2 days of receiving your item(s) to get a replacement.
Miscellaneous details
Smaller parts are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, flat or calculated. Larger items will ship UPS Ground, unless you specify other arrangements. If you would like to pick up your purchase from our location, simply let us know and we’ll be waiting for you! Equipment is shipped via freight. We can assist you with shipping estimates or just pack and load your equipment when your shipper comes to pick up your purchase.
