Booth Details, Discounts, and Policies Return to booth

Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

At Rex & Sons RV’s you have 14 days from time of shipment to return an item for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges to Rex & Sons RV’s. All non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item was shipped free or at a reduced rate (Shipping to you was less then what we paid), then you will also be charged the actual shipping charge.

Special order items, electrical items and items that require freight truck shipping are not returnable.

If an item is defective within 14 days from time of shipment you may return it to Rex & Sons RV’s for an exchange. After 14 days, the item falls under the manufactures warranty and you must contact the manufacture for repair/replacement. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges to send the item back to Rex & Sons RV’s. Once Rexandsonsrvs.com receives the defective item, Rex & Sons RV’s will promptly ship out a replacement at no charge to you. If you wish to do a cross ship then you must place a new order for the same item and contact Rexandsonsrvs.com for a return shipping label. Upon receiving the item will inspect the item and credit your credit card accordingly. We reserve the right to determine if an item is defective or not.

All returns require authorization from Rex & Sons RV’s. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (MRA) written on the outside of the package. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in a resalable “as new” condition.

All refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and no credit will be given for shipping charges!
