Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

• Item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. Tracking number will be provided.
• We use ground service of FedEx, UPS and USPS. Normally it takes 3-6 business days to arrive. Please contact us if you need express shipping service.
• Please contact us for shipping rate if you want to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico.
• International customers: Please provide us your shipping address for the exact quote and customer will be responsible for any taxes/duties in your country. Please contact your customs for import regulation.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

• Please notify us within 3 days when you receive the damage product. Please provide us damage photos. If you found damage to the carton box or any abnormal outside appearance, please take photos and send us within 2 days as a must to file a claim.
• We will exchange the new item if is it our technical defect or we will refund 100% if we do not have the item in stock.
• Our products are 100% hand-made with hundred of details and many details are used glue. In the case of loose parts is not considered of defect product. We will provide you the glue if needed or instruct you to glue back the fall off part.
