Pillows & Pillows manufactures hand-made decorative pillows specializing in Sunbrella Fabrics. All our pillows are sewn modern knife edge design to brighten and chic-up your outdoor or indoor living space.
Shipping policy
Due to the nature of Custom Pillow Orders we generally produce and ship our pillows in 3-4 Business days. There are exceptions when the orders are large and we are waiting on our fabric delivery, our customers will be notified of any delays. Large box shipping can take anywhere from 3-6 business day across the United States with either USPS or UPS Shipping. USPS is not a guaranteed service and the shipping days are always estimates.

Returns: Pillows & Pillows accepts returns for any reason. We have matched Bonanza’s 30 Days from receipt of your order. Return Pillows must not be used and hang tags must still be attached. Please return in original packaging whenever possible. It is the customers responsibility for shipping costs on pillow returns
Return Orders Over $150 may subject to a 10-25% Restocking Fee due to the cost of shipping on large orders. We encourage all large orders to request a free swatch of fabric before ordering
Actual Finished Pillow Size Can Vary +/- 1/2 Inch Depending On Bounce and Fabric Stretch

All pillows are sewn oversize but can still be +/- 1/2 inch depending on the bounce or stretch in the fabric. Acrylic coated fabric makes Sunbrella resistant to the elements and very easy to clean. All stain types and cleaning instructions can be found on Sunbrella.com
