SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII IS SAME AS CANADA
I usually ship within 2-3 BUSINESS days after payment has been received and cleared, excluding weekends and holidays. Note that shipping costs include handling fees and delivery confirmation for Domestic shipping only.
