Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

I specialize in selling import anime items from Japan, including cels, figures, plushes, collectibles, and more.

My items are a mixture of new and previously owned, but most previous owned items are in like new condition. I like to be as up front about what you’re getting as I can be. Any minor issue I find with an item (and I examine each one very carefully) I point out, even if it’s barely an issue at all. I am only human and can miss something, but if I did and it’s an issue for you I’ll be more than happy to work with you on a satisfying solution.

By default I ship my items by 1st Class Mail, which cost can vary depending on the weight (but usually it’s around $3.00). If an item or group of items is over 13 oz, I will send it Priority Mail. Please note that right now when you buy multiple items, it will charge you the full shipping for each item. I WILL refund you the unused portion. I used to use calculated shipping here, but it was giving inaccurate amounts so I had to switch to a fixed shipping cost.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with a transaction with me please let me know so we can work it out. Although it doesn’t happen often I do occasionally make mistakes and I’m more than happy to make things right to ensure you are satisfied as a buyer.

Shipping policy

I used to ship strictly by Priority Mail, but the rising costs of postage makes it too expensive to do so. Now I’ve set my prices to reflect 1st Class, which is much cheaper and only potentially adds two days to the shipping time. In cases of expensive or heavy items, those will likely still be sent by Priority Mail based on weight and/or value.

I DO NOT shipping internationally; US only. I’m sorry about that, but it’s become a time consuming process and I usually end up losing money on it in the end. I had to made a decision, and ultimately I had no choice but to stop selling internationally.

Return policy

I will do refunds upon return of the item if it arrives with damage that was not described in the listing. If there’s an issue that is directly my fault, such as sending the wrong item, contact me and we’ll take it on a case-by-case basis as far as what steps are needed to satisfy you as a buyer. I ask that you contact me within (3) three days of receiving the item to work out a return.

Miscellaneous details

*As a seller I will always leave buyers feedback first since they completed their part of the transaction first. I do not expect a buyer to leave positive feedback if they have not received it first.

*I do my best to describe every tiny fault with a product. I can miss things, however, and will be happy to discuss ways to resolve issues.

*I accept PayPal and Money Orders only right now. If you pay with an eCheck through PayPal, I have to wait until it clears before sending out the item(s).

*I ask for at least two days to get an item prepared and shipped, but know that more often than not I usually get items in the mail the same day or the next one.

*I’m big on communication. I will usually send e-mails as each step of the transaction is completed. If you pay for your item immediately I’ll e-mail you once the item is in the mail to confirm receiving payment, shipment, that feedback has been left, and to provide a tracking number (should one have been used).

*Payment is expected within (7) days. I want to stress that if you are unable to make the payment within that time to please contact me and let me know. Life happens and I’m more than happy to work with buyers. But communication is key!

*If you need to get a hold of me please try sending a BMail (Bonanzle E-Mail) or Quick Text me. I’m often somewhere near a computer and if you don’t get a response right away, it means I’m either sleeping or at work. :) You can also leave messages in the chatbox but sometimes those don’t always get to me, so the other two methods are highly recommended. You can also send me an e-mail at [email protected], which will go directly to my cell phone (I may not be able to answer right away, but I’ll immediately get your message).
