Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Booth overview
Listings with multiple photos are the actual item you are buying. We do not copy photos from other listings so you can view the item in its actual condition. Stock photos may be used for items like CDs and video games but other than very standard products we use our own photos. Multiple photo sets are always taken of the actual item(s) by us. If there is a different view you would like to see feel free to ask. Photos are as taken except where we may have cropped the photo to leave out unrelated background items. We are amateur photographers and as such the only “tricks” we use are digital zoom and/or a tripod, no retouched or airbrushed photos are used.
Our email and Bonanza accounts are monitored throughout the day so we can respond to any comments or questions as soon as possible.
Shipping policy
Combined shipping will be used whenever possible. Items ship within 1 day of payment received. Items paid for before noon ET will in most cases ship same day. No shipping or handling charges for items picked up at our location.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsMost items are returnable within 14 days after buyer receives the item. Items sold as new must be returned unopened and in their sealed package where applicable.
