Shipping policy

All orders are shipped either via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground.

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

We will ship international orders when payment is made via a verified PayPal account.

We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S.

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment carrier. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most shipping companies provide an estimated delivery date.

Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 2 and 7 business days after it leaves the warehouse.

We may require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with “No Signature Required.” Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within ten (10) days of the delivery confirmation date.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping costs. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
