Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Here at Lone Elk’s Lodge we offer an ever changing wildly eclectic mix of vintage and modern items, and everything in between. A delightful combination of antiques, junque, and junk. From rustic to refined, you’ll find it here. And just a note that unless specified otherwise in the item description, we have only one of each item, so if you see something you like BUY IT NOW! It may not be here when you come back later!

Shipping policy

Our shipping goal is to get your items to you safe and sound at a reasonable price! I ship within three business days of receipt of payment, and your actual date of receipt of your order will depend on shipper and type of shipping. Shipping is priced to include delivery confirmation for most items. Because our listings are so varied, we don’t have a “one size fits all” shipping method. Heavier items may be sent via UPS, while small lightweight items will go by First Class or Priority Mail. We don’t seek to make money on shipping, only to break even on our shipping costs and there is no extra “handling fee” built into our flat rate shipping costs. If you order multiple items that can be shipped in one box to one address, I will be happy to adjust shipping fees accordingly, so please contact me before you place your order so I can adjust total shipping cost if you are ordering more than one item. If you are ordering multiple smaller items that can all fit into one Priority Mail flat rate box without increasing chances for breakage, I will gladly ship your entire order for the applicable Priority Mail fee.
If you need your order FAST, be sure to let me know before you purchase, because our shipping fees are NOT based on express shipping. We are happy to provide expedited shipping but please be aware that “FAST” = higher shipping fees!
Also, for buyers from outside the USA, I’ll be happy to obtain prices to send your purchase to your destination. Just b-mail me and let me know what you want to purchase and where it needs to be sent. Depending on where you are, it will take a day or three to get a shipping estimate, and then I can provide you with a total price for item plus shipping.

Return policy

I always do my very best to accurately describe our listings, and I will never intentionally misrepresent any item. On the other hand, most of our items currently listed are pre-owned items and unless the description says otherwise, will have wear and tear to varying degrees. Please feel free to B-mail me prior to purchase if you need further information about any listing prior to purchase, so that you are confident that the item you order is just what you’re looking for! If you find that the item you received is not as I have described, contact me via B-mail within 3 days of receipt to arrange for return or exchange. I will expect the purchaser to pay for return shipping, and I refund purchase price less shipping or ship the agreed upon exchange only upon receipt of the returned item in the same condition it was when I shipped it.

Miscellaneous details

I’m a relative newcomer to online selling, and I appreciate every opportunity to prove myself as a conscientious online seller! I commit to work with each and every potential buyer to describe our listings accurately, answer your questions honestly and to ship paid orders promptly. With each item, I will consider what and where I’m shipping to get your items to you safe and sound at a reasonable price! For in stock items, we ship within three business days of receipt of payment, and often sooner. If you need your purchase FAST, be sure to let me know before you purchase, because the shipping fees posted are NOT based on express shipping.
For buyers within our geographical area, we are happy to offer pickup of large or unusually fragile purchases, especially multiple items and/or purchases over $100.
We accept PayPal and USPS money orders as methods of payment, as well as cash if you pick up your purchase.
We recycle packing materials and boxes whenever possible, so please be aware that both shipping boxes and interior materials may bear merchant or product information unrelated to the item(s) you ordered.
We’re a non-smoking household and our two horses live outside, but some of our listings, both used and new, may well have been exposed to cigarette (or other) smoke or indoor pets in their lifetime. Unless otherwise specified in the item description, I clean/launder/wash items where it is appropriate to do so before listing them, in order to more accurately describe any damage or defects. If you have difficulty with chemical sensitivity, please let me know before you order, and I’ll do my best to rewash the item (if possible) usually with vinegar or baking soda just before shipping to remove or neutralize any traces of cleaning substance depending on the item and your preference. If I have concerns after hearing what your particular sensitivity issues are, I’ll let you know BEFORE I finalize your order, so that you are fully aware of any issues before I ship!!!
I do my best to describe each and every item honestly—please ask questions so that you are comfortable with what you’re ordering before you place your order. I will consider return for refund if you what you receive is not what you wanted, but I will only refund your purchase price, not the shipping either way, so please feel free to ask for more information and even more pictures, before placing your order, if you’re not sure about an item. Please be aware that I will never knowingly offer a reproduction of a vintage or brand name item without CLEARLY stating that it is a reproduction. Some of our listings may include “faux” materials from time to time, if they were manufactured that way.
