Shipping policy
Seller will ship anywhere in North America e.g. Canada and USA.
Buyer is responsible for all North American shipping and handling
costs.
All booth items will be shipped within 48 hours upon checkout and payment confirmation except weekends and public holidays.
Please email me for any for booth item and non-specified shipping
rates.
Express shipping e.g. Purolator, Federal Express and UPS is also available at Buyers request but additional rates not listed will apply.
All booth items are shipped Canada Post Expedited (in Canada),
Canada Post Expedited Parcel (to USA) with tracking number.
Please note transit times will vary depending on your location and
logistically may take up to 3 – 5 – 7 business days.
Return policy
All booth sales are final and come with a one (1) year warranty.
If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately for a full
and/or partial refund and/or item replacement.
Any damages caused in transit by shipping are returned at the Buyers expense.
All item returns will not be accepted without Sellers confirmation and documented photographic proof of damages.
All item returns will only be accepted upon fourteen (14) days of booth
item checkout and payment.
Seller reserves the right to void any warranties if damages are caused
by improper installation and/or operation and/or repairs by third parties.
