Since 1999 we have provided high quality service and products at the lowest possible prices. Price is not everything, but let’s face it when you are looking for an item to purchase, price is a big part of your buying decision. To that end K.A.D. Sales strives to publish the lowest prices on line.

All of our products come with the full manufacturers warranty, as we are authorized to sell everything we offer. Do Not use electric ride on’s in wet weather or rain it will void the warranty. For gas and electric ride on toys If you ride it you own it.

Before ordering in Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii or outide the USA please read our shipping policy. All of the products are brand new factory sealed, unless otherwise noted. Shipping policy

Most of our product will be shipped by the vendor via UPS or truck for larger items.
Gas or electric ride on products are not returnable/refundable, if the product has been ridden. Save your box and packing. You may be charged a 15% restocking fee if applicable. Do Not use electric ride on’s in wet weather or rain it will void the warranty and damage the unit.
Free shipping items include the lower 48 states only
Large items will travel by truck, a phone number is needed so the trucking company can call and set a delivery time.
In most cases, Items are shipped 12 to 36 hrs after the order is placed. A few of our vendors require 5 to 15 days to ship.We process orders seven days a week, but orders placed on major holidays or weekends are put on hold for processing until the next business day. A street address is necessary, UPS will not ship to a PO box. As soon as your item is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you.
We have a 7 day return policy, from the date the product is received. Save your box and packing as this will be required for a return/refund.
If a return is needed email us for a RA# return shipping is paid by the customer, If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee of item cost will be charged. If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund, then you will be refunded for the cost of the item only. Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
Closeout items are unable to be returned. Once merchandise has been received and processed, credit will be applied to the account through which payment was originally made; which means we will refund your dealer or the store you purchased from and your dealer / store will have to refund / exchange you.
Customized chips of any kind cannot be returned. If gas is put in the gas tank the item cannot be returned.
If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned.
PLEASE NOTE: SOME OF OUR ITEMS SHIP FROM THE VENDOR, WE CHECK EVERY DAY FOR STOCK LEVELS. IF BY CHANCE YOUR ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK WE WILL EMAIL YOU AND LET YOU KNOW. YOU CAN ALSO EMAIL US AT [email protected] TO CHECK THE INVENTORY BEFORE YOU BUY.

If during the first 7 days you choose to return merchandise purchased from X-Treme for a replacement/exchange or refund, please review the terms and conditions below.

Return Terms and Conditions

Refunds will be for 100% of the entire purchase price including the original shipping costs, (X-treme products only)

Extended Warranties purchased will be 100% refunded when a bicycle is returned for a refund; within the extended warranty period only.
At the discretion of X-Treme, a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase including but not limited to unauthorized returns.
Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.

Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way, If you ride it you keep it. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging.

Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date.

Preparing your product for Authorized R.M.A. return shipment:

Re-pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, include the original contents of the box; warranty cards, Manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.
Include a copy of your invoice.
Include a copy of the RMA notice you have received from us via our support department help desk.
Clearly print your RMA# on the return shipping label (on the outside of the box).For your protection we recommend all returns be sent via UPS, Federal Express, DHL or other courier that issues a tracking number. We recommend that the shipment is insured. The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
