Shipping policy
Shipping & Combined Shipping Rate: Shipping charges are calculated by weight. Additional purchases may be combined into the same package for a combined shipping rate provided that all purchases are paid under the same invoice.
Shipping for handcrafted jewelry is a flat rate, regardless of the purchase quantity.
Return policy
Returns and Exchanges: Items purchased at listed price may be 1) returned for a money back or merchandise credit refund less a 0-15% restocking fee*, where applicable or 2) exchanged for an item equaling up to the value of the original sale price. Shipping fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. All returns and exchanges must be received within fourteen days from the delivery date at the buyer’s expense. Returns must be in original condition with original packaging. Clothing items must have all tags and labels intact and must not have been washed, worn, altered, or otherwise tampered to any extent. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. In most cases, buyers selecting merchandise exchange will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to ship the new merchandise. All sales final on swimwear and intimates, custom or special orders**, sale items, negotiated sales or best offers, and certain items where indicated.
*Restocking fee is determined on a case-by-case basis and is dependent on the merchandise.
**Depending on the nature of the request, please be advised that manufacturing and/or processing time until shipment for custom or special orders may take up to two weeks.
