Return policy

30 days Return Policy. 

Item(s) must be unused, unmarked, unbroken, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Products:

- Made-to-order products (leather, jewelry, wedding, etc.)  

- Personalized items

- Electronics, Appliances, Computer Parts & Accessories

- Customized gifts

- Select wedding, educational and/ or open boxed items 

- Gift cards

- Some health and personal care items

- Sale/Promotional items

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. 

For any returns, please contact our customer service and we will provide you the return address for that specific item(s).

Most returns are processed within 3-5 days after receiving and evaluating the return merchandise. The whole process shall be completed within 2 – 3 weeks.

For any damages, please write to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please indicate your order details and a product/shipment image. We will provide you immediate replacement, as soon as we have all the information.
