None: All purchases finalWe do not accept the return and exchange for the customized initials ring. Please contact me first when you find the probems with the ring. I will try my best to solve it. Please check carefully with the ring size before you order. Sometimes the customer select the wrong size. Thats not the seller’s problem. Anyway, good communication will benifit us
