Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

inQue.Style is a distributor and manufacturer of trendy and creatively crafted clothing, handbags, shoes, décor, and accessories. Our products can be purchased for personal, wholesale, and resale use.

Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best products and services.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. Most orders are dispatched within 3 – 5 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to ship from our warehouse and delivery to the destination.

Most USA deliveries average 5 – 10 days

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Our goal is to provide you with an excellent service experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to assist you. Once your order is received, please review the order as soon as possible. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receipt of your order.

In the event the problem cannot be resolved through replacement, we will issue a refund or store credit. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

RETURN FOR REFUND PROCESS

All returns must be received within 30 days* of delivery (customer pays for return shipping).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

EXCHANGE

If your apparel or shoe item is too small or too large, upon purchase of the corrected size, we offer a one-time courtesy, postage paid return, for the item you are sending back. We will issue a refund for the original item once the item is received.

If a refund only, is preferred, then the return for refund process applies (customer pays for return shipping).

Circumstances ELIGIBLE for Refund or Exchange

Faulty items damaged/broken upon arrival.
Incorrect size/color.

ALL RETURNS MUST:

Have NO signs of wear, washing, or improper care
Have NO damage or stains
Items with tags, must have all tags attached.
Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport.

RETURNED PACKAGE

Please do not return directly to the address on the received package. The appropriate return address will be provided via your support ticket.
Please send back the package with normal shipping, not express shipping. We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier tracking number.

Return Processing Time

Once we receive your item(s) at our facility. Please allow 2 – 5 business days to process the return.

CANCELLATIONS

Once orders have been submitted, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
