Shipping policy
Standard Shipping:
Orders ship within 1-2 business days (estimate delivery in 4-7 business days within the Continental United States)
Expedited Shipping:
Orders ship within 1-business day (estimate delivery in 2-3 business days within the Continental United States).
Express Shipping:
Orders ship the same day if payment is confirmed before 1:00 pm EST, otherwise, it will ship the next business day (estimate delivery in 1-2 business days within the Continental United States. Note: Deliveries to rural areas, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses may require additional days. SIGNATURE MAY BE REQUIRED AT TIME OF DELIVERY FOR ALL EXPRESS SHIPPING.

Undelivered/Returned Shipment:
In the event that your shipment is returned for any reason including: incorrect shipping address, failure to arrange for re-delivery/pickup, refused acceptance, the return will be processed as a Return-For-Refund and refund will be credited in accordance to our Return/Exchange Policy.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for details- Returns are accepted within 14-days of delivered date unless specified differently in the product description.
- Send email to [email protected] and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Remember to include your order number and/or merchant SKU item number in your email.
- Item must be new, unused, unworn, and in original condition with all associated accessories
- Manufacturer tag must be securely attached by custom round colored fastener
- Return will not be accepted if manufacturer tag is removed or missing
- Returns will be voided if our round colored security fastener is removed or missing.
- Refund will be issued back to original payment method (minus 20% restocking fee for late returns)
- Original shipping/handling fee is non-refundable unless return is a result of our error.
All sales are final on Event & Occasion Wear which includes: Birthday, First Communion including veils & gloves, Flower Girl, Valentine, St. Patrick’s Americana or Patriotic, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Size exchange may be permitted for in-stock items only (if available).
All our items are fully inspected and specially tagged with custom round colored fasteners. If a return is required due to damaged/manufacturer defect, iPovePou Boutique reserves the right to ship replacement item of equal/comparable value, issue store credit or deny return. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or misdirected mail. We recommend all returns be properly packaged and shipped using traceable shipping service.
